Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Order processing times may vary depending on item. Standard processing time is 3 - 4 weeks. Each flute is inspected, tested, and securely packaged before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

U.S. Orders: 2–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Import Duties, Taxes & VAT (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the checkout price.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. You may be contacted by your local postal or customs office to pay these fees before delivery is completed.

For EU Customers:
Our flutes are valued above the €150 threshold, so import VAT and duties will be collected upon delivery. We are not enrolled in the IOSS scheme and do not collect EU VAT at checkout.

We strongly recommend checking with your country’s customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.

If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
