Cancellation & Preorder Policy
1. Order Cancellation Policy
At RolBec Instruments, we craft high-quality, innovative musical instruments made with care and precision. Due to the custom and limited-production nature of our products, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Standard Orders
- Within 24 Hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover administrative and material processing costs.
- Shipped Orders: Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy if applicable.
Custom Orders
- Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
2. Preorder Terms & Conditions
RolBec Instruments offers preorder opportunities for upcoming releases and limited-run models. By placing a preorder, you agree to the following terms:
- Deposit Requirement: All preorders require a non-refundable deposit, which secures your place in the production queue. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping and you will receive an invoice when the item is ready.
Payment Breakdown:
- A fixed deposit amount (e.g., $X or X%) is due at the time of preorder.
- The remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid in full before the item ships.
Cancellation Policy:
- Within 7 Days of Preorder: You may cancel your preorder for a refund minus the deposit.
- After 7 Days: Preorders are non-cancellable and non-refundable after 7 days from the order date.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates. We will communicate significant delays and updates throughout the process.
Non-Transferable: Preorders are linked to the original purchaser and may not be sold or transferred prior to delivery.
Design Adjustments: Because our instruments are continually refined for optimal performance, final production models may have slight adjustments in materials, finish, or features. Any major changes will be disclosed in advance.
